Brief Description of Requirement The premise of EC is unchanged since its inception in 2014: claimants intending to lodge an ET claim are required to notify Acas of their intention by completing a simple notification form on the Acas website, before ET proceedings can be instituted. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ / RFP document.
