Description

Hertfordshire County Council (the ‘Council’) is currently out to procurement for the provision of a Children’s Cross Regional Area Group Database (CCRAG).

Total Quantity or Scope

To provide an online interactive digital Platform for the CCRAG Partnership. Central to this will be the CCRAG "Database" that acts as a communication hub and information resource for Local Authority (LA) Members of the Children’s Cross Regional Arrangements Group (CCRAG), a partnership of LA Children’s Services Departments hosted by Hertfordshire County Council (herein referred to as ’the Council’). The Database is presently provided at www.ccrag.org.uk.The Database’s core function is to facilitate the sharing of information, in real time, between LA Members of CCRAG and the service providers of children’s social care and education placements. This Contract will be awarded to one provider and therefore will not be split into Lots. The estimated total value of the Contract is stated in II.1.5) of this notice and is for the initial term inclusive of the approximate value for extensions.For the avoidance of doubt, the estimated annual value of the Contract will be approximately 100k in year one and 30k for each year after. The Contract will be awarded for an initial term of three (3) years, with the option to extend the Contract up to two (2) further years. Please note that the contract requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.
