Description

Reading Borough Council has a large portfolio of community buildings that are the responsibility of different services across the Borough. These services all have individual security and keyholding requirements which allow managers to secure the buildings under their remit whilst providing for lettings & access as and when required outside normal working hours. The contract requires close liaison with the Councils Facilities Buildings Manager as well as individual service managers on a regular basis. The contractor will provide out of hours (OOH) key holding for Reading Borough Council (RBC) buildings. The service is to be available 365 days per year with coverage from 17:00 to 09:00 hours Monday to Friday and from 17:00 Friday to 09:00 Monday (weekend coverage).
