Description

The Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and the London Borough of Sutton (jointly the Client) operate a shared service for street lighting. They seek to establish a collaborative relationship with a Contractor who will add real value to the delivery of street lighting maintenance and improvement services, through the OJEU Open Tendering procedure. The intention is to establish and foster a co-operative working relationship between the Client’s staff and the successful tenderer, to deliver effective, efficient and continually improving service to the residents of both Boroughs.

Total Quantity or Scope

The contract for these services will be commissioned using the open procedure under the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The term of the contract is 10 years from the 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2031.
