Description

The Council is seeking to procure a Hybrid Design and Build contract to develop Carlton Dene site with 87 Housing units comprising 65 Extra Care and 22 Social Housing.

Total Quantity or Scope

The procurement is for development of Carlton Dene Site. The Carlton Dene scheme is being developed to meet specialist housing needs for older people requiring extra care and general needs housing. The project is part of the long-standing WCC Specialist Housing Strategy for Older People (SHSOP) programme. Additional information: Any resulting contract to be awarded as a result of this notice may be varied inline with principles set in PCR 2015 Reg 72 applying the 50% limit rule

Candidates can request access to the abovementioned information by following the instructions below: 1. Candidates will need to message the Authority via the Portal and provide their email address corresponding with their bidding organisation in order to gain access. 2. Upon receipt of the above request, the Authority will provide access to the Tender Data Pack to the Candidate making the request. 3.
