London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham has gaps in its understanding of climate risks and approaches to adapting to these, which this work aims to help address: - Detailed climate risk assessment of its assets, delivery of services and the borough - Evidence on: o Quantified costs and benefits of action o The extent of our potential influence on climate risks through council action o What extent of delivery of adaptation measures is needed. - A plan that prioritises which actions to focus on - Assigned budget for adaptation activities - Mainstreaming adaptation into long-term decision-making; particularly capital investment
