Description

The Council is seeking to appoint an experienced, reputable and accredited security company/provider that can support the Council to deliver its management responsibilities for the provision of temporary homeless accommodation for a period of 12 months, with an option to extend by subsequent periods of 6 months up to a maximum of 36 months.

Renewal Options

The initial contract term is for 12 months. The contract is then subject to subsequent periods of 6 month extensions up to a maximum of 36 months. See Specification for further details
