This lead to an unforeseen prolongation of the MDT work. The chosen contractor then reviewed the RIBA 2 docs, and submitted a programme to move PAC from Aug 2023 to Nov 2023. This led to an unforeseen prolongation of the programme and impacted the contract end date.
