Description

The Framework is being set up by Telford & Wrekin Council and will operate across Telford and Wrekin from 2nd October 2023 to 28th February 2025 (effective programme end date) by which all UKSPF activity will need to be completed. Lots are open for bids from all potential providers, but we particularly welcome responses from voluntary and community sector organisations. It will be a multi-supplier Framework of Providers who are able to deliver employment support and support to address barriers for the groups below: Lot 1: Economically Inactive and at a significant disadvantage for entry into the labour market Lot 2: Risk of NEET Lot 3: NEET Lot 4: NEET Re engagement

Lot Division

1 Economically inactive and at a significant disadvantage for entry into the labour market

To provide appropriate support to eligible clients who are economically inactive and face significant disadvantage in entering the labour market. The support provided will remove or lessen these barriers and move them into or towards the labour market.

2 Risk of NEET

To provide suitable interventions to support young people in years 10,11 & 12 who are at risk of being NEET to overcome barriers and progress into education, training, or employment with training. Lot 2 Caveat: potential providers should be aware that a material change request has been submitted to UKSPF managed by DLUHC. Future delivery and awards under this lot will be dependent upon a successful outcome for this change request. Providers are welcome to submit responses

3 NEET

To provide suitable interventions and support young people aged 18 to 24 years to overcome barriers and support progression into education, training, or employment.

4 NEET Re-engagement

To provide suitable interventions and support young people in years 12/13 to overcome barriers and support progression into education, training or employment with training.
