Description

North Ayrshire Council requires the construction of enabling infrastructure works to facilitate the development of the former industrial Ardrossan North Shore site. These works include construction of a coastal revetment, coastal pathway, utilities, drainage, earthworks, and road infrastructure. These works are fundamental to the wider Ardrossan Regeneration Masterplan and will facilitate the subsequent construction of an educational campus as well as further residential and commercial development.
