Description

Two Frameworks, one for Direct Awards, and one for Mini-Competitions. The Works may include the following: • Conversion of bathrooms into Shower Rooms and Wet Rooms; • Conversion of Kitchens to aid disability; • Installation of sanitary fittings to ais disability; • Installations of ramps to aid access ; • Installation of grab rails and other aids; • Installation of stairlifts, through floor lifts and ceiling and bath hoists ; • Construction of extensions; • Construction of hardstandings and storage facilties for mobility scooters; • Installation of automatic wc's and bidets; • Modification of dwellings to accommodate wheelchair access; • Provision of Occupational Therapist Services
