Description

The cardiovascular disease (CVD) campaign is a gold-tier Public Health campaign which will support the cardiovascular health awareness efforts currently being delivered by the Million Hearts Programme pilot operated by BSOL ICS. The Provider will run a campaign to increase public engagement with the ongoing Million Hearts Programme (MHP). It is a community engagement initiative which targets Birmingham residents at risk of hypertension and signposts them to primary care practitioners for support with managing the condition. MHP also hands out free blood pressure monitors to residents who may be at-risk of developing hypertension. The provider will be tasked with planning, negotiating, and executing a comprehensive local marketing campaigns to maximise our reach and engagement within the targeted demographic groups (i.e. BAME residents, with a focus on people of black African and black Caribbean heritage) as well as the wider public as part of an overall effort to raise awareness of the issue of hypertension and the associated dangers. The city council has a maximum budget of £30,000 to undertake this work and a fixed price submission is expected to cover all costs including expenses associated with delivery of the outcomes set out in the quotation document available to download as follows.
