Multi-Disciplinary construction Services to administer a wide range of projects. Project works are primarily delivered by the Universities campus development team, these projects generally comprise of a wide range of small to medium scale, construction extension and refurbishment works. Sub-contracting to the Main contractor would be supporting MEP contractors to carry out MEP installations associated with this type of project work. Refurbishments and Planned Maintenance (Academic Projects) Remodelling existing building layouts, upgrading Labs/Lecture Theatres and general spaces throughout the University. Approved via Individual business cases and University budgets. Residential Refurbishment Planned Maintenance Programme (PMP) General Refurbishment of the University’s residential buildings. Residences Fire Strategy Planned Maintenance Programme (FSPMP) Fire strategy works in Residences buildings including fire alarms, fire doors and compartmentation. Lot 1 – Main Contractor 200k - 1.5m (Incl. VAT) – Residences Campus 3 Contractors + 1 Reserve Lot 2 – Main Contractor 200k - 1.5m (Incl. VAT) – Academic Campus 3 Contractors + 1 Reserve Lot 3 – Main Contractor 1.5m - 5m (Incl. VAT) Residences and Academic Campus 3 Contractors + 1 Reserve

1 | Residences Projects - Value Band (200k - 1.5M Incl. VAT) Residential Refurbishment Planned Maintenance Programme (PMP) - General Refurbishment of the University’s residential buildings Residences Fire Strategy Planned Maintenance Programme (FSPMP) - Fire strategy works in Residences buildings including fire alarms, fire doors and compartmentation. Subject to Business Case Student residences projects which fall within the annual planned refurbishment (PMP) and fire strategy (FSPMP) programmes of work. The majority of these projects require delivery during the summer recess period each year. Annual programme value of circa 4m Refurbishment and 4m Fire strategy. PMP - General refurbishment to the University student accommodation which can include: Kitchen replacements/upgrades Bedroom furniture replacement/upgrades Decorations Replacement Floor coverings Associated MEP replacements/upgrades FSPMP – Fire strategy works to the University’s student accommodation which can include: Replacement fire alarms Installation of certified fire door sets Fire compartmentation upgrades |

VAT) Refurbishments and Planned Maintenance (Academic Projects) Remodelling existing building layouts, upgrading Labs/Lecture Theatres and general spaces throughout the University. A variety of multi-disciplinary projects which fall outside of the residences work to all other University buildings. Re-modelling of existing building layouts Upgrading of various spaces including, offices, circulation spaces, external works, Laboratories, Lecture theatres, building entrances (receptions), social spaces Anticipated annual value of circa 5m dependent on approval of specific business cases and University budgets. General scope of works to the University’s spaces which can include: Internal fit outs Accessibility upgrades Structural improvements/additions Kitchen, Tea station replacements/upgrades Toilet and shower room facilities improvements Decorations Replacement Floor coverings Associated MEP replacements/upgrades Fire strategy upgrades (Fire alarms, doors & compartmentation) |
3 | Residences and Academic Campuses - Value Band (1.5M - 5M Incl. VAT) All multidisciplined projects, the anticipated works will be a combination of lots 1 and 2 where the construction value exceeds 1.5m and falls below 5m. |
