Following publication of the Contract Award Notice for the Supply, Storage, and Management of Glucose 10% and 50% 500ml iv infusion (notice reference: 2024/S000-001675), the Authority wishes to correct certain information provided. Other than those changes listed in this corrigendum, there are no further revisions to the Contract Award Notice and as far as the Authority is aware, all remaining elements in the Contract Award Notice remain correct.

Competitive Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition.The Authority has used the negotiated procedure with negotiation (accelerated) without prior publication pursuant to regulation 32(2)(a) of the Public Contracts regulation 2015 as no compliant bids were submitted in response to the initial open procedure procurement exercise linked to FTS Notice number 2023/S 000-034595 dated 22nd November 2023 (Lots 6 & 7 only). The Authority confirms that the initial conditions of contract are not substantially altered.
