Description
The University currently has 1,070 full time students with an average daily attendance of 900 onsite. The University is opened 3 x 10 Weeks (Oct – Dec, Jan – Mar, Apr – Jun) and 1 x 10 weeks additional for Postgraduate. The contract being tendered is for three years in duration from 1st August 2024 to 31st July 2027 with the option to extend for 2 x 1 year extension.
Total Quantity or Scope
The contract offered covers the scope for the provision of all catering services within the University. Catering is currently configured over two outlets; the Coffee shop on the ground floor open to students, staff and the public and the Canteen; located in the student Hub on the first floor with the following opening times. Café - Term time Monday - Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm Saturday: 9.00 - 5.00pm. Out of term Monday - Saturday: 9.00am – 5.00pm.
