NHS Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit on behalf of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB)(the Commissioner) would like to notify the market of its intent to award a contract to provide alternative primary medical services (APMS) at the Windmill Practice, Sneinton, Nottingham. The service commencement date is 1st June 2024. The contract will be for a duration of 10 years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years with an estimated contract value (including 5-year extension) of £17,881,935.00.
