The Supplier(s) appointed will supply, fit and repair glass and provide associated services and products on a regional (or national where applicable) basis. For the avoidance of doubt, this may include any glass product which can be fitted to a vehicle, including but not limited to windscreens, rear windscreens, and side windows.

Total Quantity or Scope

For the avoidance of doubt, this may include any glass product which can be fitted to a vehicle, including but not limited to windscreens, rear windscreens, and side windows. This requirement is for a mixed fleet of vehicles, supporting a wide range of pre-hospital treatment and patient transportation requirements.

Renewal Options

Two (2) optional one (1) year extensions

Any United Kingdom Ambulance Trusts or successor organisations to the below list may at their own discretion choose to purchase through the resulting agreement with the appointed supplier. Please note that no volume of business is guaranteed and Trusts are not obliged to use the agreement. If any of the named Trusts wish to procure via this contract with the successful supplier(s) then the specification (Annex B2) must be used as a basis for their requirements.
