Description
The requirement of this Procurement is to procure a Framework of Technical Professional Works providing services to the various activities associated with the Operation and Maintenance of the Oil Storage Depots. This framework is to provide works and Services to the Oil and Pipelines Agency (OPA) on a per project basis, in order to allow OPA to fulfil its requirements as a COMAH Operator for Oil Fuel Depots (OFDs) on behalf of the MoD.

The OPA is seeking a range of professional services as set out in Lot 1 table Appendix 4. Tenderers should possess experience of the type of projects and the environments they will be delivered in, particularly COMAH experience or similar for fuel storage operators. This submission of previous examples will be used during the tender evaluation process to demonstrate competence to undertake future requirements on behalf of OPA. | 5 | Lot 5: OPA/T542. - HVAC – Heating and Cooling Equipment.
The OPA is seeking a range of professional services as set out in Lot 5 Appendix 4. Tenderers should possess experience of the type of projects and the environments they will be delivered in, particularly COMAH experience or similar for fuel storage operators. | 6 | Lot 6: OPA/T542. – LOLER Equipment.
This requirement encompass various methods for undertaking overhead equipment (LOLER) services. This includes the installation and commissioning of overhead crane systems, as well as conducting inspections and repairs to ensure their optimal functioning and safety. For new installation packages, the successful Tenderer will be responsible for conducting a detailed assessment of the facility layout, collaborating with structural engineers, procuring necessary materials, and carrying out the installation Award Criteria

The OPA is seeking a range of professional services as set out in Lot 7 table Appendix 4. This submission of previous works will be used during the tender evaluation process to demonstrate competence to undertake future works on behalf of OPA. |
