1 Communal Cleaning Services

Red Kite Community Housing are seeking a single supplier to provide cleaning services to communal areas of our homes. Services will be required during working hours, but bidders should be aware that some out of hours / emergency response works may be required occasionally. 2 External Window Cleaning Services

Red Kite Community Housing are seeking a single supplier to provide external window cleaning services to communal areas of our homes. Services are required during working hours but bidders should be aware that some out of hours / emergency response works may be required occasionally. Further details are available in the suite of tender documents.
3 Fly Tipping / Collection of Bulk Waste Services

Red Kite Community Housing are looking for a single supplier to provide fly tipping and bulk waste collection services to our homes and communal areas. Services are required during working hours but bidders should be aware that some out of hours / emergency response works may be required occasionally. Renewal Options

There will be the option of 2 x 12 month extension options which will be subject to satisfactory performance and value for money.
