The University of Hertfordshire is conducting a tender exercise on behalf of Universitybus Ltd trading as Uno in order to set up a contract for a Bus Cleaning and Refuelling Service, at its Hatfield depot. Universitybus Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Hertfordshire, which provides transport to students travelling to and from the University as well as the wider community.

Renewal Options

1.1. The contract shall commence on XX/XX/2024 and run for a period of 3 years to XX/XX/2027 subject to satisfactory performance throughout.1.2. The Parties may agree to extend this Agreement for a further twelve-month period, subject to satisfactory performance, until XX/XX/2028.
