Description

NHS Shared Business Services act in an Agency capacity for and on behalf of its customers (Approved Organisations) - existing and new. These comprise of NHS and Social Care organisations (whether acting individually, or on behalf of, or together as members of any consortia) along with any other public or private sector bodies which NHS SBS authorises to use the resulting Framework/Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) has put in place a Framework Agreement for the provision of Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health and related Services for Healthcare to be used by NHS SBS Approved Organisations. 1 Business, Leadership, Management, Governance, Structure & Strategy

Provision of specialist consultancy and advisory services related to the provision of support for the Healthcare Business Consultancy and leadership and management of organisations, including matters of corporate and organisational governance and strategy. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months.
2 Integrated Care, Healthcare & Community care

Provision of Specialist Consultancy services covering Integrated Care, Healthcare and Community Care to help and support the whole health economy through varied and wide-ranging support. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months.
3 Commercialisation, Innovation & Transformation

Provision of specialist consultancy and advisory services related to commercialisation, innovation, and transformation, with a key focus on healthcare experience. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months.
4 Communications, Engagement & Research

Provision of specialist consultancy and advisory services related to Communications, stakeholder engagement and research, with a key focus on healthcare experience. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months.
5 IT Business Consultancy

Provision of general consultancy and advice for ICT & Digital, including but not limited to consultancy services related to the use of data and information, including the review, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of activities and systems associated with IT and digital services. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months
6 Finance and Procurement

Provision of specialist consultancy and advisory services related to financial and procurement activities with a key focus on healthcare experience. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months
7 HR and Employment, Skills, and Training

Provision of specialist Consultancy and Advice on HR management, implementation and delivery of HR policies and programmes to support HR and Corporate strategies. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months.
8 Disease Outbreaks - Endemics, Epidemics and Pandemics

Provision of specialist Consultancy and Advice around Endemics, Epidemics, Pandemics, and other outbreaks. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months.
9 Social Value, Sustainability, and Carbon Neutrality

Provision of specialist Consultancy and Advice for Social Value, Sustainability, Energy and Carbon Neutrality, with a key focus on healthcare experience. Additional information: The contract will be awarded for 48 months.

** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The Framework Agreement procurement was undertaken as an Open Procedure. The Framework Agreement will commence on 18th March 2024 and end on 17th March 2028. The contract will be awarded for 48 months. Some purchases under this Framework Agreement may have requirements that can be met under this Framework Agreement but the purchase of which may be exempt from the Procurement Regulations. In such cases, Call-off Contracts from this Framework will be unregulated purchases for the purposes of the Procurement Regulations, and Approved Organisations may, at their discretion, modify the terms and conditions of any Call-off Contracts to reflect that Approved Organisation's specific needs.
