Description

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to provide Architect & Lead Consultant ("the Consultant") to provide a range of services, including, Architectural, Acoustic, Principal Designer, Landscape Designer & Lead Consultant services, to support the development and delivery of the Broadwater Farm Estate regeneration programme for the remainder of the pre-construction programme and construction programme. The appointed role is to act as Architect & Lead Consultant. The Consultant shall carry out and complete the services detailed in the Scope of Services and all such other services as are reasonably incidental to or reasonably flow from those set out or could reasonably be expected from a competent consultant experienced in providing project management services on projects of a similar nature to the Development. The consultant appoint and keep engaged throughout the duration of the appointment senior member of staff for delivering all services and to be Director led from the outset. Detailed service requirements can be found in the Scope of Services documents. Tenderers are required to carefully consider this document and satisfy themselves that they have the requisite resources and expertise to deliver all the areas outlined in the document before submitting a tender.
