Description

This is an Open tender conducted under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. This a 3 year contract with a provisional start date of 1st December 2024. There is one optional year extension. TUPE is likely to apply.

Total Quantity or Scope

The service provider(s) will ensure that the range of advocacy RPR and 1.2 Representative services delivered promote improved health and wellbeing, promotes independence, are personalised, meet peoples’ diverse needs, are socially inclusive and safeguard vulnerable adults. The service will be underpinned by the values of self-management, individual choice and control, care and support closest to home, working and learning together.
