Description

Supported Housing and Semi-Independent Living Services for care experienced young people and young people at risk of homelessness (16-25Y) in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The contract is for a maximum period of seven years, commencing on 1st May 2025 for an initial term of three years (until 30th April 2028), with the option to extend for a further two periods of two years (until 30th April 2032). The contract is for the delivery of 132-135 bedspaces across a minimum of 15 sites within the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The contract value is inclusive of the core support service (high and medium/low support), additional floating support and rent (for those ineligible for housing benefit).

Other Information

The budget for the core support services is approximately £1,478,928 per year. There is an additional budget for additional floating support and rent (for care experienced young people ineligible for housing benefit) which brings the overall budget to £2,237,289 per year. 119-121 bedspaces across 13 sites are included as part of this Tender and the provider will be expected to take on the relevant leases and housing management agreements. The Tenderer will be expected to source the remaining 13-14 bedspaces themselves. The remaining bedspaces should be delivered from a minimum of two sites within the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. These sites should adhere to the Ofsted standards and the standards set out in the Quality Assurance Framework for Additional Sites (included in the supporting documentation). The Tenderer must be Ofsted registered and be eligible to claim Enhanced Housing Benefit. Semi-independent living for young people.
