Description

PQ0476 - Provision of Employee Assistance Programme and Whistleblowing services The Council requires a supplier for the provision of Employee Assistance Programme (LOT 1) service and for a confidential Whistleblowing Service (LOT 2). Under LOT 1, the contractor will develop and provide a workplace Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which will be made available to all eligible users that is designed to improve employee health and wellbeing by promoting self-awareness and self-care, providing support and intervention, and building resilience. Under LOT 2, the contractor will develop and provide a Whistleblowing Service which will be made available to all eligible users that is designed to allow the reporting of employee concerns in relation to (but not limited to) discrimination, malpractice, bullying, unlawful or unethical conduct in the workplace can be reported. This contract will be for a proposed duration of 2 years commencing 1st March 2024 until 28th February 2026.
