Legal Justification
Awarding contracts under Provider Selection Regime Direct Award Process C. As per Schedule 3 Regulation 9(4), this notice is being used as the Content of notice of intention to award to the above listed providers under Direct Award Process C. There were no Conflict of Interests. The rationale for choosing this method is as follows: the term of an existing contract is due to expire, and South Central Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust proposes a new contract to replace the existing contract at the end of its term the proposed contracting arrangements are not changing considerably South Central Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust is of the view that the existing provider (or group of providers) is satisfying the existing contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard

This notice is being used as a Content of notice of intention to award to the above named providers, under Direct Award Process C. This notice is to commence the eight day standstill period, which upon its expiry, it is South Central Ambulance NHS Foundation Trust's intention to proceed to award of these contracts
