Description

An ESPO national framework for the design, supply, delivery, installation, maintenance and inspection of Outdoor Playground Equipment, Outdoor Fitness Equipment, Skate/BMX Parks, Parkour, Multi Use Games Areas, Water Play Areas and Sports Areas including associated services such as landscaping, fencing and outdoor furniture. Delivery and installation is direct to customers' sites. To tender:

Lot Division

1 Playground Equipment

To fulfil the playground equipment needs of customers within (but not limited to) educational and recreational environments including schools, smaller local authorities such as town and parish councils and larger local authorities such as City and Borough councils. This lot is designed to cover all goods and services associated with creating inclusive and accessible outdoor play areas to ensure users of all ages, genders and abilities are catered for. Customers will be able to access suppliers' full ranges of playground equipment and associated products and services for supply, delivery and installation to their individual sites. Projects commissioned under this lot can be of any value.

2 Bespoke Design Playground Equipment / Play areas

This lot is for the design, manufacture and installation of playground equipment of an original, accessible 'one of a kind' bespoke design based on the customers own specification and brief rather than from a standard / catalogue range of playground equipment. This lot is designed to cater for customers seeking special one-off products that are unique to them and their location to design, create and build one of kind destination play spaces that are truly accessible to all ages, genders and abilities. Projects commissioned under this lot can be of any value. For supply, delivery and installation to customers' individual sites.

Provision of Sport and Play Surfaces - Needle Punched Carpet. For supply, delivery and installation to customers' individual sites.

9 Football - 3rd Generation Synthetic Grass (3G) Pitch

For the provision of 3G Football Pitches. For delivery, supply and installation to customers' individual sites.

10 1 - Tennis Courts - Macadam

For the provision of Tennis Courts with Macadam surfacing. For supply, delivery and installation to customers' individual sites.

11 Indoor Sensory and Soft Play Equipment

For the provision of indoor sensory equipment and soft play equipment. For supply, delivery and installation to customers' individual sites.

12 Splash / Water Parks

For the provision of outdoor water play areas. For supply, delivery and installation to customers' individual sites.

13 Inspection Reports - Play Equipment, Including Surfacing and Outdoor Sports

For the provision of Inspection Services and reports of condition status and risk level identification for Play Equipment, including Surfacing and Outdoor Sports. To include remedial maintenance and repair services where appropriate. Services to be provided to customers' individual sites.

Renewal Options

The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated (see Section II.1.5) includes the option period.

Any Second Framework agreement will be a purely commercial agreement and will, for the avoidance of doubt, not be governed by the Public Contract Regulations 2015 or other public procurement legislation. ESPO Trading Limited may enter into the second framework agreement with the successful supplier and make it available to third sector clients who themselves are not required to follow the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or other public procurement legislation. Accordingly, this is provided for bidders information only. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.
