Description

The Torbay Council Maintenance Contractors Framework will provide a Framework consisting of 14 Lots to cover a range of testing, servicing, maintenance and capital works.

Lot Division

1 Servicing of Mechanical Plant and Equipment

The servicing and maintenance of commercial mechanical building services within Torbay Council properties.
2 Fixed Wiring Inspections

This contract consists of the Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR), testing and inspections of Fixed Electrical Installations at various properties.
3 Fixed Wiring Inspections (Harbours)

The Authority is seeking a Contractor to undertake electrical installation condition reports and upon request, any remedial or maintenance call-outs for the Tor Bay Harbour Authority. Contractor to allow to supply all special leads required to enable the full testing of all types of socket outlets installed, e.g. 63A TPN & Pilot, 63A SPN & pilot etc.
4 Asbestos Management and Surveys

Asbestos management, surveying, sampling and reinspection at various buildings/sites.
5 Lift Maintenance and Inspections

Lift works, servicing, repairs and inspections as detailed in the specification.
6 Automatic Powered Doors

Maintenance and servicing of Automatic/Powered Doors at various properties.
7 Building Access Control CCTV and Intruder Alarms

Maintenance of intruder alarm, access control and CCTV systems.
8 Lightning Protection

Testing, servicing, works and inspections of Lightning protection systems.
9 Water Hygiene Risk Assessments and Monitoring

Water hygiene risk assessments, testing and monitoring.
10 Fire Alarms and Emergency Lighting

Maintenance of Fire Alarms & Emergency Lighting Systems at Various Properties.
11 Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)

Portable Appliance Testing at Various Properties.
12 Automatic Gates Barriers and Roller Shutters

Maintenance and Servicing of Roller Shutters, Automatic Gates & Barriers at Various Properties.
13 Solar Panel Maintenance and Installations

Maintenance and installation of Solar PV systems at various properties.
14 Gutter clearance and solar panel cleaning services

Clearing and inspection of drains, pipes and gutter, and cleaning of solar panels.
