Description
Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB invited tenders for the provision of a Community Wellbeing Service. This proactive prevention provision aims to meet the needs of adults who are at risk of and/or who have multiple long-term conditions/health and care needs and who may not be engaging with other health services.

The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 4th December 2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under the competitive process of the PSR. Quality and innovation; value; and Improving access and reducing health inequalities were viewed as the most important of the key criteria due to the nature of the services provided. Integration, collaboration and service sustainability; and social value were also considered within the assessment.
