This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 16th August 2024. This contract has not yet formally now been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.A service and provider assessment framework formally awarded using PSR Direct Award process C.The contract with estimated total value of £1,580,000 has been completed. An assessment was undertaken looking at key criteria; Quality and Innovation; Value; Integration Collaboration and Service Sustainability; Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice; Social Value. The framework assessment used highlighted how the current provider is meeting each of these objectives. Current provider shows high level performance against service specification and agreed KPI’s which are used awarded to evaluate performance.Decision Safecare Network Ltd. for an initial term 19/08/2024 - 18/08/2025 with option to extend for a further 12 months.Contract award decision was made by the Executive Team on the 13th June 2024, as part of IS paper which went to the cabinet meeting for official sign off.
