Description

This is a voluntary ex ante transparency notice and is intended to provide notice of NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (herein "the Authority")'s intention to award a contract to deliver Eclipse Live for the patient population within Mid and South Essex's geographical footprint. The contract will be for 5 months from 01st November 2024 – 31st March 2025. The contract value is £84,940.00. This notice is being published to reflect the date by which the Authority has satisfied it's internal governance process and the Authority's signatures have been ascertained, not at the time of the proposed start-date of this contract. The Authority will observe a 10-day standstill from the date of publication of this notice. The Authority will publish appropriate Notices accordingly to communicate any such future changes and opportunities to the market, once final.

This is a voluntary ex ante transparency notice and is intended to provide notice of NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (herein "the Authority")'s intention to award a contract to deliver Eclipse Live Service to the patient population within the Mid and South Essex's geographical footprint. … The Service supports integrated care across Primary and Secondary provisions and accessibility to secure records, alerts and patient tracking. … Additional information: The Service to which this procurement relates fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended by as amended by The Public Procurement (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, (the "Regulations"). As such, the Contracting Authority does not intend to hold itself bound by any of the Regulations, save those applicable to Schedule 3 Services.

Legal Justification

The Authority has taken a decision to award a contract to the incumbent provider as it is considered to be the most technically capable provider in the current environment. This award is made to ensure that the quality, safety and consistency in provision of care meets the needs of the vulnerable service users and patient population within Mid and South Essex. The Authority will publish appropriate Notices accordingly to communicate any such future changes and opportunities to the market, once final.
