This Selection Questionnaire (SQ) is to assist the council in identifying which suppliers to invite to tender for the provision of a Financial Management System.The council is tendering for a high performing, quality Financial Management System to include support and maintenance for an initial term of ten years with the option to extend for a further 5 x 12-month periods.

Total Quantity or Scope

The council is tendering to replace its existing Financial Management System, Total Finance, in place since 2003. Total Finance contains the integrated General Ledger, Budgeting module, Cashbook, Creditors Ledger, Debtors Ledger, and Purchase Ordering P2P (Purchase to Pay) system
