Description

An Estate Agent is required to value, market and confirm sales at the Council’s new development of 24 units with associated parking at the existing Walpole Court, Kenilworth Close, Stevenage. The development involves the new build construction of 24 new private sale dwellings, consisting of 10 x four-bedroom houses, and 14 x three-bedroom houses. The scheme is in the early construction phase and has an estimated completion of Spring 2027.
