The Organising Committee is looking to engage a Master Caterer for the provision of catering services to the obligatory client groups (Athletes, Technical Officials, Workforce, Media, and Games Family), as well as the user pay clients (Host Broadcast, Sponsor and Commercial Hospitality, and Spectators). In addition to these client groups is the catering requirement for the Ceremonies cast and crew at Alexander Stadium. The catering services included in this Tender are required at Alexander Stadium, Sandwell Aquatics Centre, West Park, Sutton Park, Smithfield and the non-competition training venues.

However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. All communications shall be in English. (vi) to award this contract to the second place tenderer if negotiations cannot be concluded, at the OC's discretion, with the first place tenderer or the first place tenderer becomes insolvent and/or suffers financial distress. (vii) to award further works in accordance with reg. 32(9) Public Contracts Regulations.
