The deadline for Expressions of Interest is 7th May 2021To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on 7th May 2021 Hertfordshire Partnership NHS University Foundation Trust (HPFT) is setting up a Framework Agreement for Enablement at Home services and is seeking bids from organisations who want to provide these Services in future and who:• Are committed to delivering enabling, risk positive, outcome-focused services• Will work in a ‘Connected Lives’ way – helping people to connect to technology, networks, communities and other sources of support• Consider how sharing/pooling hours can reduce the level of 1:1 hours a service user would otherwise have in a different setting, provided that it still meets the individual needs and preferences of each person.• Will proactively manage demand and deliver innovative approaches• Are progressive and forward looking, wanting to expand and grow• Will work in partnership with HPFT and community organisations• Will commit to becoming a member of Herts Care Providers AssociationThe aim of this tender is to put in place a Framework Agreement for Enablement at Home services that will enable the commissioning of those services as effectively as possible.TUPE may apply to any resultant Call-Off Contract Please note that the Framework Agreement requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands.Organisations should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Framework Agreement formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed.
