Description

Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust, working with Consultus International UK (The Energy Brokers) Limited [Consultus] are seeking to establish a new four year framework agreement starting 1/10/2022 with suppliers for the provision of Electricity and Gas with Consultus acting as an intermediary to buy these products on the wholesale market on behalf of NHS Trusts, Universities and Local Authorities organisations within England, Wales and Scotland. Please note the specification meets the requirements of all current Consortia members and enables flexibility for future members.

Salisbury NHS FT, working with Consultus, wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply of fixed price contracts for Half Hourly electricity (Fixing both wholesale energy and third party costs) This will be awarded to a number of suppliers who will take part in a mini competition to meet the specific requirements of each customer

2 Fixed Contracts for Mains Gas

Salisbury NHS FT, working with Consultus, wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply of flexible contracts for Mains Gas, which is capable of delivering a Flexible Purchasing Consortium Product – (Cash-Out only Product). This will be awarded to a number of suppliers who will take part in a mini competition to meet the specific requirements of each customer

5 Flexible contracts for Half Hourly & Non Half Hourly Electricity
  • Value: £80M

Salisbury NHS FT, working with Consultus, wishes to establish a framework agreement for the supply of flexible contracts for Half Hourly & Non Half Hourly electricity which is capable of delivering Flexible Purchasing Consortium product – (Baseload only, Volume Tolerance Product). This will be awarded to a number of suppliers who will take part in a mini competition to meet the specific requirements of each customer
