Description

Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of an Operator for a Demand Responsive Transport Scheme.

Total Quantity or Scope

In order to meet its requirements arising from the Transport Act 1985, The Council is inviting tenders from suitably licensed operators to operate a Demand Response Transport scheme in North & East Herts.TUPE is not applicable to this Contract.The Contract Period is for an initial four (4) years with the option to extend for up to a further two (2) years

The Council will review its options towards the end of the contract period
