** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** The commitment has been made by each of the 4 named contractors for Lots 1 - 8, as part of a package of Fair Work Practise, to pay staff involved with the delivery of this contract the rate the Scottish Living Wage, the rate set independently and updated annually by the Living Wage Foundation. Community Benefits obtained for each of the specified Lots: Lot 1 - committed to the inclusion of LGBTI Communities in our workforce and support employees to attain relevant accredited qualifications. Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP) Lots 2 and 3 - Recruit 3 Modern Apprentices in the Lot across the supply chain throughout the lifetime of the contract. Lot 4 - deliver Modern Apprenticeships within our own organisations and with other employers across the Forth Valley. Lots 5 and 6 - Sponsor at least 2 scholarships from each delivery partner, each year, to complete the level 5 Employment Support Award. Nominations will be managed through the Governance Board.
