Description

The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as the contracting authority is re-tendering the National Legal Services Framework (NLSF) for the supply of legal services to a range of public bodies. This includes the GLA functional bodies, Police Forces, Police Authorities, and various other public bodies including all local authorities in England, Wales and Norther Ireland (together these bodies are referred to throughout as the "Participating Bodies"). A full list of all eligible customers can be found on Bluelight (https://bluelight.eu-supply.com/) in the Framework Agreement, Schedule 12 'List of Participating Bodies'. The services are to be called off over a 4 year period.

The MOPAC initially invites participants to complete the SSQ, who are suitably experienced firms of solicitors in tendering for a framework agreement, for the following five Lots of legal services (with Lot 1 being split into two Lots) using the Restricted Procedure: Lot 1A Procurement, Contract and Commercial and Governance: Complex Projects and Disputes Lot 1B Procurement, Contract and Commercial and Governance: Business as Usual Lot 2 Civil Litigation and Personal Injury Lot 3 Employment Lot 4 Property - Commercial, Residential Property and PFI Please note that 1a and 1b are two distinct Lots, which will have their own pricing and requirements. Firms can bid for both and be appointed to both if successful.
