North Lanarkshire Council (the “Council”) propose to establish a multi-lot Framework with multiple-Contractors for the provision of Scheduled and Ad Hoc Taxi Services within North Lanarkshire. . The approach to establish this Framework will be in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. . Proposed Duration is 4 years, maximum framework value over the term is 3,200,000 GBP

Lot Division

1 Scheduled Services within North Lanarkshire

This Lot is to facilitate transport to Integrated Day Services which are operated by the Council for older adults. . A detailed specification is contained within the main invitation to tender (“ITT”) document which is accessible (and downloadable) from the Buyer Attachment area within the PCS-Tender system. Key Requirement to note: Contractors applying to this Lot must have a minimum of six (6) vehicles available to undertake call-offs for each Locality Day Service they wish to be considered for. A minimum of two (2) vehicles must be suitable and/or adapted to meet the needs of people with disabilities e.g. wheelchair accessible . Service delivery must be carried out in accordance with the information provided within this Contract Notice, the tender pack comprising the ITT and associated documents which are located in PCS-Tender. Additional information: PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE EXCLUSION GROUNDS: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

2 Ad Hoc North Zone
