Provision of a Passenger Transport System for North Yorkshire County Council, including initial implementation and ongoing support and maintenance, as further detailed in the tender documents.

Total Quantity or Scope

Additional information: The anticipated value of the Agreement (including both extensions) is between £200,000 and £370,000. This figure is an estimate based on market engagement previously carried out and the Authority reserves the right to award the Agreement for a value above or below this range.

Renewal Options

The Agreement will be for an initial period of 3 years and 8 months. This includes an ‘implementation period’ of 8 months, up to 01 October 2022, followed by 3 full years of support and maintenance once the solution is ‘live’. There is an option to extend the Agreement for 2 further periods of 12 months. Therefore the total possible Agreement duration is 5 years and 8 months (44 months + 12 + 12).
