Reducing domestic abuse is a priority for Liverpool City Council (LCC). Tragically, Liverpool suffers high levels of reported domestic violence and abuse that have human and financial costs for individuals, families and the city. Liverpool City Council (LCC) is recommissioning a range of domestic abuse services as follows: • Three women’s Refuges: Refuge provision for minority ethnic groups Refuge provision in the north and south of the city • Supported accommodation for teenage parents
