Facilities Management Operational Support Officer x 4 Rate of Pay: Band D SCP 9 ?10.54 per hour PAYE (for limited rate candidates, please let us know their rate of pay when uploading their CV). Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Work Pattern: Week 1 Monday to Thursday - Flexible hours to be worked between 6.30am - 2.00pm 1:30pm on Friday Week 2 Monday to Thursday - Flexible Hours to be worked between 1.30pm -9.00pm 8:30 pm on Friday There may also be a requirement to work additional weekend hours on an ad hoc basis Location: Based at Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury but may be located around the Sandwell borough Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency - 12 weeks Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: Working with the Facilities Management team to provide a premise management support service across the office accommodation portfolio, to ensure a safe and operational environment for all staff and public using the establishments which consist of offices, Town Halls and public space The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics: o Previous experience working in facilities / estates management and building supervisor role o Knowledge of Premise Management requirements in respect of Health & Safety, Security systems and alarm proto calls o Experience, Knowledge and ability to carry out a range of building maintenance and DIY tasks o Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload whilst working alone or as part of team o Excellent communication skills. o Excellent interpersonal skills o High personal standards. o Excellent attendance record. o Ability to work flexible hours Please can the agencies send over a CV, 2x up to date references, copy of Terms and Conditions.
