Other Information

As a result of this exercise a Personal Dental Services (PDS) Agreement will be established with the successful Bidder. However, there are restrictions on who may hold a PDS Agreement. Please refer to Section 5.1 on page 37 of the Dental Services Policy Handbook (link below). This section fully explains what is and what is not allowed in terms of Partnerships and Limited Companies under the PDS Agreement. https://www.england.nhs.uk/publication/policy-book-for-primary-dental-services For the avoidance of doubt, a General Partnership (as opposed to Limited Liability Partnership) would not meet the criteria for eligibility to hold a PDS contract. Please note that this expression of interest has been designed to allow the market visibility of the proposed opportunity and support early engagement. If you are interested in this future procurement opportunity then please visit AG CSU's e-procurement system known as "EU supply" https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=agcsu and register your interest against: Quote/tender 46410 - Short Term Service for the Provision of Orthodontics in Lincolnshire and complete the short questionnaire to express your interest. Please note the deadline for responses is by 10:00am on 3rd November 2021. Please note that this questionnaire is purely a market engagement exercise. Your response to this survey does not guarantee your organisation's participation in any future procurement resultant from this exercise. If more than one diligent potential service providers register their interest for this opportunity and meet the requirements set out in the questionnaire available on the web portal described above, then the Commissioner will set out details for a mini competition in November 2021.
