Description

NIHE would like to procure suitable Contractors to carry out planned maintenance works to NIHE premises throughout Northern Ireland. These planned works will consist of Kitchen and Bathroom replacement and Rewire Works and Window and Door Replacement.

Renewal Options

This requirement will be subject to renewal following the termination of this contract There will be an option to extend for up to a further 4 years following the initial 2 year period.
