Description

The purpose of this procurement exercise is to ensure the provision of a cost effective, efficient and reliable Hard Facilities Management service to support the Estates Team; providing SECAmb with safe, compliant and fully functioning properties from which the service is operated, and staff are working.

Total Quantity or Scope

Hard FM Managed Service to all the Authority's properties and assets, including: • All statutory and mandatory maintenance - PPM and Reactive. • Provision of 24/7/365 helpdesk. • Provision of web based CAFM to collate, and maintain records of all assets and repairs and maintenance records.
