The value identified in Section II.1.5 is the highest value in the range of £500,000 to £750,000. This value is for the 5 x year period ( i.e. 3 years with the option to extend for any period up to and including 24 months). In Section I.2 it is stated that this procurement is a joint procedure and contract award is by a central purchasing body. This contract is not a joint contract, it is a central purchasing body contract operated by BSO PaLS on behalf of the participants listed in Section I.1.
