PURCH2134 PROVISION OF DIRECT ELECTRON DETECTOR CAMERA FOR CRYO-EM The Scottish Centre for Macromolecular Imaging requires to upgrade their frontline automated 300 keV cryomicroscope (a JEOL CryoARM 300) with a fast electron counting direct detection camera. This will support acquisition of single-particle, tomography and potentially microED data for our users – the Scottish structural biology community.
