Clarion Housing Group Ltd will be running a contractor engagement day on 19.10.22 in the Exeter area, in order to provide information to potential bidders about a tender for a 20 year contract to provide planned investment and regeneration major works to the properties it owns and manages across the South West Region.

Total Quantity or Scope

Clarion Housing Group Ltd wishes to appoint a contractor on a 20 year contract to provide planned investment and regeneration major works to the properties it owns and manages across the South West Region. The Planned Investment service is responsible for delivering a programme of works including decent homes components, major works and cyclical decorations, with a value of circa £3M per annum. The planned investment and regeneration major works are to be provided to Clarion owned and managed Properties across the South West of England in areas such as Plymouth, Bristol, Mid Devon and South Gloucestershire. These Properties are a mix of general needs, supported housing and Leaseholder/shared ownership properties.
