Description

Sefton Council wishes to set up a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) for the provision of Domiciliary Care Services. The Council has opted to establish a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) to enable the Council to remain in touch with the Domiciliary Care marketplace on a greater frequency than would be permissible under a Framework Agreement. This PDPS will be referred to as the Sefton Partnership PDPS. This Sefton Partnership PDPS is issued by Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council. This PDPS is advertised under Light Touch Regime of the PCR 2015.
